How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been placed, our team begins processing it within 1–3 business days. Tracking information will be activated and sent to your email after processing is complete.

Steps to Track Your Order

  1. Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from Hattrackr — it will include your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
  2. Click the tracking link in the email, or visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number manually.
  3. Please allow 1–3 business days after your order is placed for tracking to become active.

Estimated Delivery

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days.
